Growth Marketing Manager

As the Digital / Growth / Community Specialist, you’ll be working with the Digital Marketing team as well as our clients (and upcoming in-house Health & Wellness brands), with day-to-day responsibilities including production of best-in-class social media campaigns and content, community management, influencer marketing, project management, data analysis & reporting, and paid media management. Your core focus will be on planning and managing social media pages and strategising influencer marketing for both client brands and in-house brands at Gliitch. You will also be tasked with building out a virtual team, who can work with you to scale and optimize the digital marketing efforts.

What You'll Do:

Performance marketing:

  • Working with internal teams and media agency partners to optimize spend within existing channels to unlock significant growth while simultaneously increasing efficiency (as measured by return on ad spend).
  • Identifying and piloting new, experimental channels that can unlock sustainable growth.
  • Working with creative agencies to iterate and develop new concepts that balance growth goals with brand building.
  • Managing agency partners to ensure consistent improvement of service, partnership, and results over time. Identifying and onboarding new partners if/when needed.

Content marketing:

  • Drive and develop the SEO strategy and execution for a disruptive growth in organic search.
  • Ensuring Blog/content user experience and its conversion path to purchase is continuously optimized; this is a cross-functional responsibility that will require close collaboration with conversion rate optimization teammates.
  • Leveraging created content to accelerate our paid marketing efforts by seeding it across channels and optimizing for growth.

Brand marketing:

  • Launching and optimizing brand marketing campaigns in collaboration with our Brand Managers. These campaigns will run in parallel with performance marketing and will be aimed at increasing consumers’ awareness and understanding of the brand and mission

What You Have:

  • Previous experience scaling multiple user acquisition channels (paid + organic) in early-stage, high-growth startups.
  • In-depth knowledge of the paid media landscape with the ability to cut through the noise and properly prioritize strategic channel bets that will deliver results.
  • Exposure to conversion rate optimization experimentation processes, tools, analyses, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/organic’s role in growth and feels comfortable managing a nascent program with relative autonomy.
  • A passion for consumer, marketing, data, and constantly asking a question “What’s next?!”
  • Thought leadership - you’ll need to balance daily execution with driving and reviewing strategy on an ongoing basis.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and changing directions – you have a strong initiative, are self-motivated, and have superb problem-solving abilities.
  • A high attention to detail – you triple check copy, test links, and see how content will display to ensure we have high quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to effectively manage time and the prioritization of tasks.

Bonus Skills:

  • A personal interest in healthy living and a desire to share that excitement with others.
  • Experience in the telemedicine/weight loss/prescription medication verticals.
  • Direct experience working with/managing media and SEO agencies.
